- Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (optional), items purchased and order value.

- Newsletter: your email address and subscription status.
- Reviews: the review text, star rating and display name you choose to publish.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page and the pages you view.
- Usage data: products viewed, filters used, buttons clicked and time spent on a page, collected only through analytics cookies you consent to.
- Local storage: your shopping bag contents and cookie choice are stored in your browser so the bag is not lost when you change pages. This data stays on your device.
Payment information
Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor on their hosted checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVC codes or bank credentials.

- Order and transaction records: 7 years, to meet tax and accounting rules.
- Contact form and email enquiries: 24 months after the enquiry is resolved.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days to action the request.
- Published reviews: until you ask us to remove them.
- Analytics data: up to 24 months in aggregate form.
9. Your privacy rights

Our shop and marketing are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly. Cosmetic products sold here are not marketed to or intended for use by children.
